9 different training programs, each consisting of:
- an optional initial time interval;
- up to 9 successive training phases.

Each phase can have up to 99 time intervals for performing exercises (action), followed by time intervals for recovery (pause).
The entire sequence of steps can be performed multiple times.

possibility of programming 4 parameters for each training program:
action time [0~99 min], pause time [0~99 min], action time increment/decrement [0~10 min], number of intervals [1~99].

Possibility to automatically increase/decrease successive action times, to create pyramid-shaped workouts.
Time counting mode forward or backward.
Display of time [mm:ss] and cycle number using 9cm high digits, clearly visible from over 30m.

Choice of 2 sounds and 3 intensity levels to signal each start/end action.
Possibility to synchronize exercises using sounds at predefined intervals (cadence), and to give advance warning of the expiration of the action and pause time.
Wall installation using two screws or plugs.
